Brilliant massage, great at sorting out those knots and gives exercises to do at home!
I have suffered neck problems for many years and have used both osteopathy and physiotherapy for relief in the past. However the Chinese physiotherapy practiced by Lily is addressing the problem far more thoroughly and I am enjoying greater movement than ever before as well as being pain free. Lily is totally professional and I would not hesitate to recommend her.

I enjoyed my experience from start to finish. Initially we had a quick chat about what I do for work and how driving and sitting at a desk can effect my back pain. (I realised I'm doing a lot of unhelpful things!) After a deep tissue massage followed by relaxation towards the end I felt fantastic.Lily was very knowledgeable, I felt my needs were met for my individial difficulties and I'm looking forward to continuing with my treatment!
