My only complaint was that my stylist didn’t offer a wash or hot towels, I had to ask for both, and also when I asked for hot towels he said it wasn’t included in a standard hair cut, but that he’d do it as a special favour/one-off. But on your website it says both wash and hot towels are included, so was a bit annoying I had to ask and that the guy seemed a bit reluctant. He seemed a bit like he was trying to move onto next customer as quickly as possible.
