Basically had way more off than I asked, brought this up after and was essentially dismissed. Regardless of length, the haircut was uneven (particularly the fringe, which is at a weird 30 degree angle) and several weeks later has not grown out well. Did ask for at least a partial refund as definitely not happy paying £16 for this but was turned down. It’s a shame as I got a pretty decent haircut a few months ago. Sides and back are okay, may just be becausetop hair is curly so it’s often overcut
