I couldn’t make my appointment, I had to cancel at short notice as I had caught a virus and wasn’t well enough to attend. The staff were pleasant when I called to explain. I had prepaid for my booking and although I appreciate there is no obligation for the salon to do so, it would have been a nice gesture to have been offered an alternative appointment. Instead I lost the money I had paid for the treatment with a very genuine reason to cancel. Maybe something for the salon to consider in future to improve customer service.
