The ladies are v friendly but I would not recommend getting waxed here. Skin was ripped off my cheek. I also asked the therapist not to apply certain products due to allergies but she continued to do so - I now have a reaction on my face.

Really lovely facial. My skin looked and felt great afterwards. Will definitely return. One minor point was that another member of staff came into the room to speak with the therapist while I was having my facial which was a bit distracting. It may have been important. However definitely one of the best facials I have had.
