This was a really disappointing experience for me. The staff were utterly lovely but the treatment was incredibly rushed, of poor quality and I was left in a lot of discomfort.
I had a combination 'Hollywood bikini and full leg wax'. The website says this will take 25 minutes (which already I thought was fast - I've never had this done in less than 40 minutes before) but I was out in 20. The therapist rushed so much that I was left red, swollen and sore from the bikini wax, and with residue wax and many missed patches on my legs. The slight bruising which is appearing today (day after) is my fault, as I was struggling to relax during the treatment and so the wax strip was catching, but the discomfort of the experience was the main reason for this. I should have asked for a refund on the spot but I was so keen to get out I left as quickly as possible.
I've never posted a review anywhere before and would add that the staff, including the therapist, were lovely, but I wouldn't wish this upon anyone else. Looking through the other reviews I notice many people have mentioned being rushed and I would urge anyone thinking of booking an appointment to do it by phone and ask that extra time be allowed. I am sure that Angel would have done a brilliant job if she had more time (and the treatment would have been good value if I hadn't had to finish it myself at home) but I won't be going back here.

Ok gel nails, but perfect and had to be redone wgich wasn't ideal as I was in a rush, lovely staff as always but have definitely had better shellac elsewhere
