I had a full leg + hollywood wax and I have awarded it 4 stars. My beauty therapist was Angel..it was not the first time I had the wax with her and she was pleasant and professional as usual. It is the nature of the hollywood wax to be slightly painful but Angel is very good at distracting you with a nice joke/comment that make you smile.
I was satisfied with the result of my wax and the price is good too compared to other places in Hackney.
Just a suggestion: in my opinion, if they could use hot wax for the hollywood to make it less painful and keep the same price they would become really competitive and attract a lot of clients.
Again very friendly staff, very professional and attentive. Im have a course of this treatment so will see results hopefully after a few.
The lady who waxed me was not very friendly, also not good at waxing.

The place itself was nice and the staff were nice and friendly. However, I came here to have my nails done - Shellac removal and application. The treatment was quite rough and the filing down of my nails broke a couple, one of which was painted over and has inevitably snapped off. I have had the polish on for little more than a week and it has almost completely lifted around the bottom of each nail. I would not recommend getting your nails done here, I unfortunately will not be back.
