The result was absolutely fantastic and I'd definitely go back. One thing for improvement may be a slightly nicer ambience - my nails were done in the corridor and people were walking past and I had to hold my feet up on the therapist's lap for the pedicure (which I imagine wasn't that nice for her!)

Unfortunately this was a really bad manicure. The choice of colours was very limited and presented to me in a plastic box for me to pick through. The range of varnishes wasn't great and I was really surprised to see high street own brands in there too - especially for the price charged.
The colour was put on so slap-dash with the cuticles all flooded with varnish. The manicurist then tried to neaten up the line around the cuticles by swiping her thumbnail around my nail. I had to repeatedly ask for the nails to be re-done.
The top coat was put on so unevenly that you could see which parts of the nails weren't covered.
The thumb nail chipped after the first day and I ended up going somewhere else to get my nails done for an event the next day.
Really disappointing manicure.

Fantastic service, such friendly and professional staff. Extremely happy with my gel polish, the staff are perfectionists and really look after you, can't wait to return.

Took the £15 Gelish Manicure. Just don't expect a proper manicure and a neat result, I had to fight my way into making it decent.
I guess you get what you pay for. It is after all a very good price compared to other nails salon in London.
