I was really nervous as never had a wax before but as soon as I entered the door all the ladies were friendly and smiling. The lady who did my wax was amazing, she had a really good balance between making conversation and knowing when I wasn't ready to talk. I really liked the way she spoke to me during the wax because while I was shaking with nerves she made me laugh a lot which made me relax, and she was very encouraging. 100% going back again and was so relieved after the first experience I gave my waxer a hug haha! would highly recommend xxx

The staff was absolutely brilliant but I felt they could spend more time on the customer to make the waxing more complete and also less painful. Other than that I really recommand as angel was absolutely sweet.
