Although the staff were courteous, I was surprised to find on arrival that my treatment would take place in the reception area and not in the treatment room that appears in the photo. I found the selection of nail varnishes were few and of mediocre quality. The manicure itself was lacking. I booked the appointment because I felt my nail beds needed some attention, but there are still hang nails and inconsistencies on some fingers. With a full manicure I would expect at least two coats of the varnish followed by a protective top coat. I only received two coats of colour and upon arriving home could see they weren't evenly applied and really required a third. There was also no dryer to speed up the process. I was simply left in reception until I decided to leave. Although it only cost £15, I have spent less at other places and received a much more thorough and professional service.
