Staff was friendly, and enjoyed chatting during waxing. I had never get nervous. Nice and clean rooms and toilet. I feel satisfied everything include technique of waxing :) it was great. I loved it.

Please see my manicure review for further info. This was given at the same time as my manicure by another member of staff (the staff were lovely), however I didn't feel the tools were steam cleaned as they used metal 1980's style nail files and traditional turkish wooden foot files (which obviously can't be heated to that high of a temperature as the wood would warp), and I was cut during the cuticle trimming, therefore germs could have been spread.
