- no intro, explanation of process/products to be used. Barely even a hello.
- therapist left in the middle of the session while the steamer was on, it ran out of steam and dripped burning hot water on my arm, i had to wait 10mins for her return
- the neck/back message (why was that part of a facial) was painful
- after little to no conversation she felt it appropriate to point out I have hair on my face (i have extreme pcos) and i need to use collagen at my age, I left feeling very embarrassed.
