I really hate leaving bad reviews but I just feel I can’t leave anything bad about this place. From the moment I entered I just felt really uncomfortable and unwelcome. The hair cut took all of 30 mins from wash to finish, bearing in my I have long, very thick hair and usually a cut takes 2 hours. I got much more off than we agreed, I didn’t feel like there was any degree of care there at all. Really unhappy with the finished result but I’d already paid so I just left in tears. There wasn’t anything they could do to rectify but I would definitely never ever return.
