I had a hollywood waxing and I had no idea that someone can still use the strips and not hot wax, more painful than usual because of the strips. I was waiting for 25 minutes because they forgot about my booking. It was my fault as well because I didn't ask before if the waxing is with hot wax or strips. The staff was very nice 😊
