I booked in for a wash, conditioning treatment and a blowdry. This took 2 hours and 15mins which made me late for the rest of my day. I asked for a curly bouncy blowdry which I don’t think Anna was confident in doing (if she had said I would have asked for something else) my blowdry lasted all of about 2 minutes and cost £42.50 I was so disappointed as I could have washed and dried my hair myself at home.
This was my first time at Diva, I booked with Anna after reading reviews about her. Anna was amazing, she was super friendly, made me feel welcome & at ease & explained everything she was doing & why... I had a Keratin treatment on my dry/frizzy hair & she did a fabulous job plus cut my long hair too as it had been a while since my last cut. I will definitely go back to Anna again, her advice about my hair was fantastic, she is a great hairdresser. Thank you Anna
