Rachael herself is a nice person, very friendly.
However the service wasn't great.
- the 1st time in my LIFE that I haven't been shown a colour chart when getting a colour service. Literally the most basic thing.
- she chose a shade which was far too dark for my hair (darker than my natural root). I commented twice that it looked too dark, she still left it on for ages longer.
- roots were not blended in so you can see a dark strip on my hair.
- toner way too dark. LUCKILY it washes out.
No waiting time for me. As soon as I entered the salon, Destinee attended to me. She is superb! I love my haircut so much! Thank you Diva London x
Destinee was so amazing, right from when I arrived, she listened to everything I said, was so helpful. The other ladies in there also took time out to advise me as my hair needed a lot of correcting from having it done previously. 5 stars is not enough! Thank you so much! And I look forward to seeing you again :)
First time visiting and I've already booked my next visit. Anna was very professional and knowledgeable. The salon was clean and inviting. A great experience.
