Had toes done in shellac, really nice, and such a friendly place, I always get my finger nails done in dipping powder, always a good experience and lovely result

Booked an app online but had to wait 10-15 mins to be seen. The overall cleanliness at the desk where nails were being done was poor. Based on this, I decided to avoid getting a full manicure & only got gel nails. The lady was impatient with letting me choose my colour, so I felt rushed. When she started applying it, it was nothing like what it looked on the sample so I asked to change it which annoyed her.The final result was also poor - she didn't apply it all the way. Would not recommend!
