Left looking like a very bad drag queen -uneven clumpy eyebrows, patchy tint & dye on my face even after asking for correction onsite. Refused a refund when we legitimately complained over the phone - the manager Michael wouldn't tell us the owner's name, laughed & hung up. When we called back, apparently he wasn't there & someone I'd never seen claimed alleged I left 'happy'. Forced to pay elsewhere to salvage the mess. Avoid unless you are going to a Halloween party & like shocking treatments
