It was my second time here, and it’s fab you can get last minute and walk in appointments. I did only book a file and polish, but felt that it was a bit rushed and also not finished to the way it had been the previous time. Would definitely come back, they’re all really nice.

I booked through treatwell for infills. Generally, the infills were good, although they did lift after 2 weeks on the thumbs only. I was a bit disappointed that the polish cost was extra as well, meaning I had to go all the way into town in the rain to get cash out as they didn't take cards. It would be better if these things were explained on treatwell so I could be prepared. The reason I use apps like this is to make the treatment process easier and quicker.

When I arrived I was expecting Charlotte but had another girl with no explanation. I had booked for a 45 min Shallec manicure my appointment was 330pm and I was finished at 4pm. It all felt very rushed as the shop was very busy and only 3 staff. Not the relaxing experience I was expecting. While having the manicure the girl cut my cuticles ( which needed doing badly) but as she was painting my nails I noticed my cuticles bleeding. One finger still very sore 2 days later. Not happy customer!
