I had never been to diva nails before but I was given a voucher as a gift , the assistant never spoke to me and pointed to everything she wanted me to do , she never asked me what shape I wanted , I had booked online and had paid with voucher so when I came to leave she didn't understand so a gentleman came across and he had a make a phone call to verify. Not my best experience sorry

Busy salon with pleasant staff, but unfortunately my manicure was poor. They did not seem to know what a French manicure was and I ended up with something I didn’t really want. All the nail varnish was old and needed acetone mixed in to it, and it chipped within a few days.
