The nail tech was on the phone the entire time without first checking in with me if it’s okay.Did not ask what length and shape.Barely any cuticle work,fairly certain instruments were not sterilised before use.£50 is too much for the service provided

Nails are wonky also edges of nails don’t look very good not very happy and was charged a lot more than the price on booking,£32 for acrylic set but was charged £45 the whole time she was doing nails she was talking to someone on phone/ear piece.
I won’t be a returning customer on my experience here.
