When arriving at the salon, I was asked to come back 1 hour 45 mins later. They had my booking on the system, but had forgotten about it somehow.
After leaving they called me to say they could see me now after all.
The gel manicure was very good, however I only received the 'mini' manicure, not the 'classic' I had booked.
The manicure tools were pretty dirty, and I didn't like the atmosphere. It was my first time here since they moved stores. Very different feel.
