Terrible place - hot, loud, awful artificial glue smell. Nice enough staff but quality of the manicure nowhere near as good as my usual place. won't be coming back

Left waiting 45 mins for my appointment to begin and then my therapist who did my nails get stop starting them to sort out staff and other customers when the customer you are serving should be the main focus. I thought it was very over priced also for the treatment I had.

This was my first visit since Diva relocated and the space is lovely, and the treatment room relaxing and spacious. I had the CACI Ultimate and it was possibly the most labour intensive facial I’ve ever had - 90 minutes of constant work for Laura! It was surprisingly tingly at times but not painful, and I thought the price was excellent (I’ve had facials in 30 minutes that cost more). The day after I was impressed with the firmness of my skin - my forehead lines looked less deep I swear! I know it’s only temporary but I would certainly consider having this again ahead of a special event.
