Good treatment but confusing what I paid for. I paid £5 for ‘shellac removal and renew’ I assumed this meant I could get a shellac renewal after if I wanted to. Instead I got a call back if I could pay the extra £7 I owed for this treatment, which I think is extortionate compared to other salons and was extremely unprofessional.
Also, just a prior warning, they say that it is ‘cash only’ so I wouldn’t try and pre-pay, they won’t be very happy about it.
