Appointment was for 4pm they didn’t seem to have my reservation. ( possible a Treatwell mistake? ) it’s also not very clear that I already paid with a voucher as I couldn’t prove this. The lady had to call her boss ( what was embarrassing for me ) and I was helped at 4:30. So a little frustrating. However the treatment was fine they always do a good job, the team should really speak English all the time as it looks like they talking about their guests. Perhaps they just needed a host as they had a busy afternoon. I definitely will return as it’s very confident for me.
