The stylist was friendly and put me at my ease and I was very happy with my trim and roots colour except for being left with a brown streak of dye across my forehead which I had to scrub off with wipes at home afterwards. Also I took the special deal on roots and colour for £25 but when i asked for a trim too the total jumped to £50 - the usual price without the deal applied. Plus, £25 for a trim was more than if I’d paid for a trim separately, so I was disappointed by the final price.
