I have been going here for years, some times the pedicure is better than others but the staff are friendly, a lovely salon and at a good price. I will keep coming back.

I had booked for a root colour (3 days in advance). When I arrived at the salon (which was empty), the lady asked if I was coming for a wash, cut and dry. I explained that I had booked for a root colour, and she seemed annoyed. She went on to explain that she uses a different brand and needs me to do a skin test, basically forcing me to come back 48h or more later.
I told her I was ok with doing the colour even if it was another brand, as I have been colouring my hair for many years now and never had any issue.
I could see she simply didn't want to work. There was no one in the salon, not a single client, and she was playing on her phone when I arrived, looking annoyed when I told her I had an appointment. When I questioned why I wasn't contacted after my booking to warn me a skin test was needed as I had booked early enough to have it done before my appointment, she said she didn't know I had booked for a hair colour and was overall quite unfriendly.
This is very poor management and customer service, and I would not recommend this salon whatsoever.

Great, speedy manicure but staff seemed unaware of Treatwell customers and was seen late. Great if you just need a quick tidy up but not a relaxing spa experience
