Very still, quiet & meditative environment whilst treatment took place. Excellent treatment.
I think that for me, I would have liked to have a bit of explaining about the different stages of the treatment & how long each stage would last. The treatment was unfamiliar to me & I lost track of time because my eyes were closed, so I felt a bit anxious.
Absolutely no problems with the actual treatment at all & Heloisa was exceptionally kind & attentive. She also gave excellent aftercare advice.
