I booked here because of the great reviews. But I wasn’t that impressed. The lady that cut my hair was lovely the cut was fine. However the products used to wash my hair were tresseme which take all the life out of my hair. The wash sink was the most uncomfortable that I had to stop the wash. They sorted it out but I think from what they were saying there was a something missing from the setup. I wasn’t offered at the end my hair to be curled or straightened or anything which was very unusual and no final products added. Overall it just felt quite basic salon and quite different to what I was expecting from the reviews. Nice just missing all those little touches you get elsewhere.

Friendly and kind staff.
There seemed to be an issue with the water temperature for the hair wash: it was either scalding hot or cold. It took a while to get to the right temperature but we did eventually.
