On arrival I was told that they had cancelled my appointment due to staff issue and they had sent an email to treatwell which was not conveyed to me.I said I come from a distance so they did my hair.Friendly staff offered me a cup of tea.My hairdresser was really good and she did a good job with my hair cut.

I would give the outcome 5/5, I am really happy with the results. Definitely visiting again for my next colour treatment.
Very nice staff, very chatty and friendly. My only critique would be that I asked for waves but got very tight ringlets that I ended up having to wash out because they just weren't falling out as I was assured they would! Other than that, all good - my stylist was very thorough and didn't rush my haircut.

Everyone was very friendly and relaxed. I was offered coffee upon arrival then spoke with stylist about how I wanted my hair. I was after some volume that would last next day for function I was going to and was not disappointed. Thanks again
