The therapist contacted me prior to ask whether I could come "to their new treatment centre on Streatham High Road". This turned out to be her flat.
I didn't have the treatment as I left feeling unwell. The therapist was nice about this.
In the interests of honesty, the therapist probably should have mentioned that they were practicing from their flat on the phone and offered a discount, rather than being dishonest.
