I got the classic Environ facial. While Rakhee was really good, I felt the salon was a bit dated and could be cleaned a bit better. The sheets and towels were stained.

Was told if I want it toned I would have to pay extra and that my hair doesn’t classify as medium to long, it’s extra long?? My hair goes to the bottom of my bra strap

It was a warm welcome with extremely friendly ladies. Georgia seemed to take on board what I wanted without me even being too sure myself ! I absolutely love the new layers she put in my hair. I was worried it wouldn't be the same after I washed it but I quite simply love it. I will definitely be going back and probably with my daughter. Thankyou.
