I loved the convenience of booking an appointment at short notice. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome. I went for a short haircut and highlights with olaplex treatment. I felt the hair cut was very basic (on dry hair) with no real technique. The highlights were ok. I asked for a wavy blow dry but it ended up smooth and tucked in at the ends which don’t suit me but was fine, as id already been there three hours and at that point I just wanted to get home. It wasn’t until a couple days later, I washed my hair, straightened it and noticed my hair cut really uneven with long strands sticking out. It’s frustrating, as I need to book Myself for another wash cut and blow dry (somewhere else).
