One of the worst waxes I have ever had. The salon was running late and did not apologise or acknowledge this at all. The wax itself was rushed and done poorly with no bedside manner. The technician made no effort to make me comfortable or stretch the skin whilst carrying it out so it was very painful. The bed was not properly covered and she did not clean up the wax afterwards so I was left with very sticky knickers
