They were clean and polite, however didn't follow any of my requests.
I asked them to not brush my hair 3 times and to simply blow dry them as they're naturally curly and they would ruin the curls and they kept brushing it and removed all the volume of it.
Regarding facial, it was very nice and relaxing, however it missed the whole point of deep cleaning the black pores, they simply hydrated my face but I still need to book another facial.
Threading left me with small pimples.
