The waxing is good except that another person was having an eyebrow tint at the same time, which meant Sulaman had to pop in and out to deal with her, stopping and starting my treatment. At one point I was left for 10 minutes. I don't think this is professional and walk ins should not be taken when I have booked the first slot of the day.

I don’t say this lightly but this is the worst salon I’ve been to. The room was cold, smelt of food, put no conditioner in it and the hairdresser got my hair stuck in a brush, burning the ends
