Been a repeat client here for the past 2years, and never really had any issues. However, this last Hollywood waxing appointment was absolutely horrible. Not done by Aalia (as requested) which I didn’t fuss about at the time, as I’ve generally had good experiences with the other girls in the past. But this appointment was absolutely painful and completed with patches remaining. Been waxing for years, and never had this horrible uneven regrowth, even on my legs.
