Turned up and it was closed. Didn't answer the phone or anything. it's been 2 days and still haven't heard anything about my refund.

Not as difficult to find as others have mentioned - see the door between the barbers and coffee shop and you’ll through to a buzzer to take you in. Such an incredible massage and facial, took away lots of stress. Highly recommend!

The place does not exist. Telephone is unobtainable and took photos of address provided because there was no doorbell. It is now a dental studio. I pre paid and have now lost my money. No support from Treatwell. I had to rate 1* because was not given the option to leave a review without rating. My mum has just died and I wanted something to give me a lift and I have been ripped off
