I had booked for a gel manicure and gel pedicure, what I actually got was a file and gel polish. I was expecting a full manicure and pedicure as per the description. I brought this up with the therapist who told me that there had been a few issues with the booking descriptions when booked though treatwell. I feel £50 for what I received was over priced. The 2 treatments I had booked were supposed to take 85 minutes but I was out in under an hour.The therapist has done a nice job though.
