Excellent service in a lovely salon

Shabana is a wonderful beautician - it was my first time having an intimate wax in a long time and she very much put me at ease and made me comfortable; we chatted throughout and she has such a lovely warm and charismatic personality (so important in this sort of situation!).
I probably would have preferred a hot wax rather than strip wax as I think my sensitive skin just reacts better to it, but the salon doesn't offer it. However, for the price it really is good value.
