Elliene was nice, but she doesn't speak English, so we could not communicate and I could not explain to her what I wanted. The wax used for the Brazilian was too hot, and my skin got irritated and still "burns". I never had such a problem with Suellen, so I'll make sure that I only book with her from now on.
