*PLEASE make sure to do your research before booking via Treatwell for this venue. When I called in the morning of the appointment, they didn't seem to be aware that this venue offered makeup, even though I had booked that service through Treatwell. Really disappointing experience unfortunately!

One of the staff members ruined my brows. I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a change, but instead of listening and addressing my concerns, the staff member argued with me. In my opinion, this is not good customer service. While another staff member did offer to fix it, this was only after they finished with another client, which I couldn’t wait for due to other appointments. I left very disappointed, and to make matters worse, there was no apology. They let me leave the shop upset.
