Lady is fine in cutting hair but in regards to cleaning the area could be a bit better.

When I entered, there was a smell coming from the toilets that was really off putting. The therapist didn’t seem to know I had made an appointment and the massage was fine. I left just feeling like I was the £50 it cost me rather than a valued customer. I’ve been a few times and it keeps getting worse. I would not return

The woman almost burnt my hair as they do not deal with type 3b hair and made me pay £15 more because of my hair type and how curly it is. They need to state on the website that they don’t know how to deal with curly hair.
