One of the staff members ruined my brows. I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a change, but instead of listening and addressing my concerns, the staff member argued with me. In my opinion, this is not good customer service. While another staff member did offer to fix it, this was only after they finished with another client, which I couldn’t wait for due to other appointments. I left very disappointed, and to make matters worse, there was no apology. They let me leave the shop upset.

If I’m honest the place is not fit for purpose and is falling to pieces the ceiling in one room is coming down and in the other room which is supposed to be a room as it’s where the emergency exit is located is cramped and dingy
