The salon (staff named Priyanka) refused to proceed with my appointment as she kept saying I booked via Treatwell so even if I was 10 minutes late- she doesn’t care as my appointment was made via Treatwell and she has another client in exactly one hour. My facial appointment would have finished just in time before her other client. Unfortunately that lady showed attitude and kept raising her voice and shouting to me. This experience had traumatised me.
