All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.The staff were friendly but the hairdresser didn't seem to understand what I wanted even though I tried to explain a few times and showed a photo. She also completely ignored one of my instructions. What she then did was very uneven and took her at most 10 minutes when I'd booked a 45 minute slot. If you are just going there for a quick trim it would be absolutely fine and is good value but I would not go back or recommend it to anyone for anything other than that.
