This is the worst haircut I've ever had — completely sub-standard. The hairdresser barely spoke English, which meant I couldn't fully explain what I wanted. She did not use professional cutting techniques, at one point simply letting the hair hang (without holding it), and chopping the ends without checking the line. She kept taking length off the back when I had asked her to focus on the front, and couldn't understand me when asked her to add layers at the front. In the end, I told her to stop, paid, went home and sorted out the mess with a pair of kitchen scissors myself.
The salon was also messy and dirty, and I was not greeted when I came in.
It feels like I represented some "quick money" for the business, at the expense of my hair, which is now far shorter than I'd hoped it would be. Not worth the £15 at all.
Ladies' Haircuts
Brilliant service. It is in quite an awkward place but the staff were wonderful and my eyebrows looked lovely. Thank you.
Eyebrow Waxing
The salon isn't fancy but clean and tidy. The therapist was lovely and friendly and for £4.80 for eyebrow & upper lip threading, I really can't complain.
