The lady who did my head, neck and shoulder massage was very sweet. I did try directing her as to the exact points on which I wanted her to work and she did her best but seemed to keep missing the spot, which was frustrating. Also when I asked for deeper pressure, she tried to do as requested, but really couldn’t manage the deep tissue massage I’d asked for. Used an extraordinary amount of oil too! Not a great experience. Sorry.
Head Massage
First of all the staff have never heard about customer care! Ambience was really awful and very very noisy.
The threading has been done without prior pencil marks and any measurements to keep the eyebrows even, as a result I’ve got hair removed where I was not expecting this to happen. Also it was extremely painful and, last not least, at the end I was asked to take a tissue to clean my face from the hair!!!
Have never seen such a poor service and will never come back to this place.
Eyebrow Threading
The bikini wax was erratic and uneven. I was left with a skin complaint that lasted over a week.
Bikini Waxing
Terrible experience. Music kept skipping. There was a big fire door in the room, her nails and jewellery kept scratching me. So unhappy.
