The hairdresser (didn't catch her name!) listened to what I wanted, but was very fast and didn't take much time or care - however for £12 it was a great deal, and my hair was in bad condition so just needed a trim. I have very wavy hair so it looks fine but if I did wear it straight the layers would look a little uneven. Although it did feel rushed I can't complain as it was such a good price.
Ladies' Haircuts
Great except for the noisy music in the salon outside, but it was early Saturday evening, so perhaps that was why!
Head Massage
Was excellent.
I like a very firm massage and thid was certainly that. Felt relaxed and refreshed afterwards.
