Highly disappointing experience. Possibly the worst wax I've had done, not sure how it even qualifys as a Brazilian wax - it is literally a standard bikini wax - I was left with nearly all my hair there! They also use the roll on wax applicators, I have not seen those in years! Not the most hygienic way to apply wax!!!

My stylist was very kind, with great manners and a speedy, smooth blow dry. I have very thick hair, though. My only qualm is that my hair could have been washed more thoroughly. All in all, I recommend Divine for its value and service.
