The staff were really friendly on arrival. I was concerned as I was aware that it was attached to a gym so thought you might not get a 'spa' experience but I was offered a tea on arrival. The room for the treatments wasn't very big but it was big enough for the treatments I required. I had an eyebrow shape and I was really happy with the shape the therapist recommended for me but unfortunately it left me a little red the day after so had to apply a lot of makeup to the wedding I was attending. The therapist was friendly and chatty and I was really pleased with my nails. I would definitely return for similar treatments.
Massage was better than expected given the slightly run down "spa". Staff were very friendly and the massage targeted all my knots and stress points. I think even hot stones were used which was an added bonus.

Good value for money-the treatment time was for the full time booked, they didn't knock off any time for preparation or relaxing and getting dressed at the end.
